1. Terms of Use

By accessing and using the 10thCup platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the 10thCup platform, including:

  • Coffee lovers using the 10thCup consumer app to earn and redeem rewards.
  • Cafe owners and their staff using the 10thCup Business app to manage their loyalty program.
  • Any other parties interacting with our website or services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on 10thCup's App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials.
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the App.
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on 10thCup's App are provided on an "as is" basis. 10thCup makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall 10thCup or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on 10thCup's App.

5. User Accounts

When you create a 10thCup account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Rewards and Transactions

Rewards earned through the App are non-transferable and have no cash value. 10thCup reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time with notice. All transactions are final once completed. Refunds, if any, will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Member Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by 10thCup, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Modification of Terms

We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
